   • Our technicians will conduct a technical assessment upon arrival to ensure that the installation site meets the necessary requirements.
   • If any adjustments or additional materials are needed, our technicians will inform you before proceeding with the installation.

4. Installation Process:

   • Our trained technicians will carry out the installation process with precision and care, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
   • They will ensure proper placement, secure mounting (if applicable), and connection to electrical and plumbing systems.

5. Testing and Demonstration:

   • After installation, our technicians will thoroughly test the product to ensure proper functionality.

9. Safety Precautions:

10. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

Return

You have 48 Hours to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at [admin@wholesaleelectronics.com.bd] to initiate a return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
